Please note that current versions of the Open Office Suite cannot interpret some of these documents as originally posted here because they were created with a very old version of Microsoft Office Word (for Windows 95). OO says it should be able to open them, but it doesn't. Thus I am in the process of updating these downloadables so that they will open as Word 97/2000 documents, which seems to be more of a standard these days. I will also be storing them here as compressed documents, not self-extracting executables.

Files marked as New have been re-formatted as Microsoft Word 97/2000 ® documents and are typically two documents (the main document and a "cover") compressed using the Windows 7 file compression utility. It should be an uncomplicated task to extract them and print them.
